Refund Policy
- Refunds 13.1 General Policy: Outside IR Jobs operates on a non-refundable policy for all payments made for services, including but not limited to job postings, CV search subscriptions, and premium features.
13.2 Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Technical errors or issues caused by Outside IR Jobs that result in the non-delivery of paid services.
- Duplicate payments made due to a system error.
13.3 How to Request a Refund:
